You will join the Global Operations Strategy, Transformation & Operational Excellence organization at Pratt & Whitney Canada. Our Global Strategy, Transformation & Operational Excellence organization is at the center of this evolution, driving performance and accelerating the global operations roadmap across our worldwide sites. Reporting directly to the Associate Director – Global Operations Workforce & Capability Development, this role works closely with Operations, Human Resources, Engineering, Quality, and technical leaders to strengthen workforce readiness, support operational capability development, and deploy standardized training and knowledge transfer solutions aligned with business priorities. The Program Manager – Workforce & Capability Development supports the development and execution of workforce capability, operational training, and knowledge management initiatives across Global Operations. The successful candidate contributes to operational excellence by supporting capability planning, technical training deployment, workforce development initiatives, and knowledge sustainability across manufacturing and operational environments. The position is based at our Longueuil location, from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site.
