A unique opportunity has arisen to join our Business Services team in Montreal, Canada. This is a hybrid role, requiring attendance in the office three days per week. We are looking for a commercially astute and scientifically credible Business Services Manager to lead strategic proposal development and drive cross-functional commercial alignment. Working closely with Business Development, Contracts and wider Scientific team you will translate complex scientific content into clear, compelling, and commercially viable proposals and scopes of work. Given the nature of the role, strong understanding of drug development and the commercialisation of scientific concepts is a must, as you will act as a key bridge between technical expertise and commercial strategy. Experience within a drug discovery and/or drug development environment, gained within a biotech, CRO, CDMO, or pharmaceutical setting is preferred. This role is central to shaping high-quality, customer-focused proposals that support business growth, strengthen customer engagement, and drive commercial performance.
