About The Position
Southern California Permanente Medical Group (SCPMG) is hiring for a Geriatrics & Palliative Medicine role in its San Bernardino County Service Area. The scope of practice includes outpatient geriatrics, a Memory Clinic, and an inpatient geriatric consultation service. Applicants must be board certified or board eligible in Geriatrics. The San Bernardino County Service Area includes two hospitals in Fontana and Ontario and more than 19 medical office buildings. It offers tertiary and specialty services and academic opportunities, including nine residency and fellowship programs and clinical rotations for medical students and residents. Physicians may pursue leadership, teaching, academic, and specialty interests. The area promotes wellness and work-life balance and emphasizes teamwork, respect, integrity, and diversity. The service area is located in the Inland Empire, with access to outdoor recreation, schools, parks, dining, entertainment, and cultural activities. External hires must pass a background check and drug screen. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered in accordance with applicable laws.
Requirements
- Board certified or board eligible in Geriatrics.
Responsibilities
