About The Position

National Wound Physician Group is hiring a geriatrician in Greenville, North Carolina, for a mobile wound-care practice serving post-acute care settings, including skilled nursing facilities and long-term acute care hospitals. Physicians provide bedside wound management, conducting weekly wound rounds at each facility and typically visiting two to three facilities per day, treating approximately 20–30 patients daily within a 40–60-mile radius of the practice location. Clinical documentation is completed in real time at the point of care using a proprietary wound-specific EMR. The role offers full-time and part-time schedules. Full-time work is four to five days per week, generally Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.; part-time work is available for at least three days per week. There are no night, on-call, or weekend clinical responsibilities. Paid onboarding training and a six-month wound-care fellowship are provided. Requirements
