Requirements

Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification
Every-other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient‑centered care to residents
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Observe and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to nursing staff
Accurately document care provided in accordance with facility policies
Work under the direction of the Director of Nursing and licensed nursing staff
Follow all safety, infection control, and HIPAA guidelines
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Promote dignity, respect, comfort, and quality of life for every resident
