About The Position

URETEK is the industry leader in pavement and soil stabilization, specializing in advanced polyurethane injection technology through our proprietary UDI processes. We're looking for motivated, hardworking individuals to join our team as Geotechnical Polyurethane Technicians. Requirements

• Must be willing and able to travel extensively.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous construction labor experience required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions on both day and night shifts.
• Must be able to travel and stay out of town for up to three weeks at a time.
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded.
• Must successfully pass a background check, drug screen, and other pre-employment requirements.
• Class A or Class B CDL preferred.
• Minimum one year of over-the-road (OTR) driving experience required for CDL applicants.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and care for construction equipment and machinery.
• Drill injection holes using Hilti rotary drills and related equipment.
• Prepare job sites by removing hazards and ensuring a safe work environment.
• Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Assist skilled technicians with polyurethane injection operations.
• Follow project plans and supervisor instructions.
• Perform general construction labor as needed.
• Backfill trenches and excavations when required.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.
• Participate in on-the-job training and continue developing technical skills.

• Starting pay: $16-$23/hour , depending on experience
• CDL A or B: Starting at $24-$27/hour , depending on experience
