Responsibilities

• Design, oversee, and maintain spatial databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity throughout all projects.
• Perform advanced geoprocessing and spatial modeling utilizing QGIS, and translate the results into practical insights.
• Create, customize, and support QGIS plugins and extensions to meet specific project requirements.
• Automate geospatial analysis workflows with Python (PyQGIS) to enhance efficiency and reproducibility.
• Produce high-quality cartographic maps and visualizations for use in reports, presentations, and decision-making.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members to gather requirements and develop geospatial solutions.
• Effectively communicate complex technical information both orally and in writing to internal teams and external stakeholders.
