About The Position

Zanskar is developing technology to find and develop geothermal resources, with the goal of making geothermal energy a low-cost contributor to a carbon-free electrical grid. The Geophysical Technician collects, processes, and delivers high-quality gravity, magnetic, MT, and seismic data that supports geothermal exploration and helps reduce development risk. Within six months, the technician is expected to become a trusted field-crew member who can safely and independently conduct survey operations across the Western United States, deliver clean and well-documented datasets for use by geologists, data scientists, and drilling engineers, and contribute ideas to improve acquisition and processing workflows.
