Requirements

  • Growth hacker mindset—loves running experiments, testing hypotheses, and tracking impact.
  • 5-10 years’ experience in SEO, growth marketing, AI operations, or technical digital marketing.
  • Deep hands-on familiarity with AI tools
  • Strong understanding of how LLMs retrieve, rank, and recommend content.
  • Highly technical thinker capable of building workflows, dashboards, schemas, and structured content.
  • Curiosity-driven personality who stays on top of the latest AI advancements weekly.
  • Comfortable working in fast-changing, ambiguous growth environments.

Responsibilities

  • Build, run, and evolve a full GEO strategy to optimize LeapXpert’s visibility and ranking inside all major LLMs.
  • Continuously test prompts, grounding patterns, ranking signals, and model behavior.
  • Identify how different AI engines surface, rank, and recommend solutions across personas and industries.
  • Build, maintain, and own GEO performance dashboards and reporting.
  • Bridge traditional SEO elements (authority, structure, EEAT signals) with LLM-focused optimization.
  • Identify where Google SEO influences model grounding—and where it doesn’t.
  • Adjust content structures, metadata, linking, and schemas to maximize influence on LLM responses.
  • Build AI-powered workflows to accelerate content generation, clustering, enrichment, personalization, and tagging.
  • Automate analysis of GEO performance, model behaviors, and content coverage.
  • Create internal tooling and shortcuts to help marketing scale output and insights.
  • Manage persona-based and vertical-based content matrices to ensure 100% coverage inside AI engines.
  • Work with writers, PMM, and SMEs to build “LLM-ready” content optimized for grounding and retrieval.
  • Oversee technical updates (structured data, schema, metadata, canonical signals, entity alignment).
  • Coordinate third-party content (reviews, partner mentions, PR coverage) to strengthen LLM authority signals.
