The company has built a best-in-class installation and operations model and is now focused on expanding its high-performing sales organization. This role is crucial for building and scaling a national sales organization, improving in-home sales effectiveness, and increasing generator adoption by aligning customer needs, budgets, and solutions.

Requirements

Minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in direct-to-consumer sales strongly preferred
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals
Highly self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a performance-based compensation and bonus environment

Responsibilities

Manage and convert leads within your assigned territory
Conduct in-home sales appointments with prospective customers
Educate homeowners on our products and value proposition
Match customer needs with appropriate solutions and budgets
Build trust and deliver a best-in-class customer experience
Become a subject-matter expert on our products, installation process, and market position
Stay aligned with the broader Canter sales team on industry trends and customer insights
Represent the voice of the customer to help refine sales messaging and strategy
