The CES MOC consists of two distinct operations desks, a Market Operations Center Desk (MOC) and an Operations Control Center Desk (OCC), where we remotely schedule, monitor, dispatch, and control over 550 power generation assets. Including hydro, wind, solar, energy storage, natural gas, and other traditional fossil fuel sources. With over 32,000 MWs under management, CES’s MOC monitors and controls more energy than any other third-party provider in the U.S. Join our dynamic team at the forefront of the energy transition, managing cutting-edge renewable and conventional assets in a fast-paced, impactful role. CES is in the process of looking for talented individuals with a desire to help support our clients, while also contributing to the overall growth of this company. Candidates who can learn quickly and handle multiple tasks while at the same time being detail oriented enough to make sure things are done right the first time will flourish in this role. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in power generation operations or energy market scheduling, with a strong preference for those familiar with ISO/RTO protocols. This is considered an entry level role within the MOC, to which CES will provide training to obtain PJM/ NERC Generation certifications.
