Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree OR 5+ years equivalent experience, which may be substituted for degree
• Valid driver’s license and valid CDL License (Class B)

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects, initiatives, or cross-functional workstreams
• Serve as a subject-matter resource on policies, procedures, and operational practices
• Resolve non-routine and high-impact issues and recommend solutions
• Develop, refine, and document processes and workflows
• Analyze data and provide insights to support leadership decision-making
• Provide training, coaching, and quality assurance for lower-level staff
• Support audits, reviews, and continuous improvement efforts

Benefits

• Non-Recurring Pay: 8 % of base salary in Non-Recurring Pay (distributed as 4% on November paycheck and 4% on May paycheck)
• Staffing Stability Incentive (Adams Elementary, Galileo Middle School and Mitchell High School): ESP employees will receive the equivalent of one salary step divided over 12 pay periods.
