This role is heavily focused on managing complex employee relations matters, leading progressive discipline processes, and administering ADA accommodations, while also building strong talent pipelines and fostering a culture of continuous development and accountability. This role serves as a trusted advisor to all People Managers, ensuring that talent strategies, performance management, and employee relations practices are fair, consistent, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
