General Worker / Substitute
About The Position
Mountain Park Home Owners Association is a Master Planned Community in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Our Territory encompases a large Clubhouse with a fitness center, Playschool, Pool, and Event Venues, as well as miles of walking trails, managed forests, and common property. We hire employees for a variety of departments including: Playschool- Employing Lead and Assistant Teachers Aquatics- Employing Lifeguards and Group Swim Instructors Landscape Stewardship- Employing Landscape Stewards Member Services/Events- Employing Front Desk Specialists and Events Attendants Fitness and Wellness Department- Employs Personal Trainers and Group Fitness Instructors Some of these departments maintain a sub-list, or are always open to reviewing relevant applications to see whether they have space on their teams or to fill future needs. Requirements
- All positions require an active CPR/First-Aid Certification
- Playschool Registration on the Oregon Central Background Registry
- Experience working with children
- Lots of energy!
- Lifeguard Certifications
- Experience working with landscaping, forestry, or related field
- Education in landscaping, forestry, or related field
- Familiarity with irrigation highly desired!
- Flagger Certification a plus
- 2+ years of Customer service experience
- Comfortable with computer systems and managing calls
- Group Fitness Certification related to your chosen class type
- 1+ years of class experience preferred
- Personal Trainer Certification to provide personal training
- 2+ years of experience working with clients a plus.
