About The Position
Dollar Tree is hiring a General Warehouse Associate for its automated distribution center in Windsor, Connecticut. The role supports warehouse operations using the Manhattan operational system in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a three-day schedule, Friday through Sunday, from 5:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Overtime may be available based on business needs. Compensation is $22.00 per hour, consisting of $20.50 base pay and a $1.50 shift differential. Associates may also earn up to $7.00 more per hour through ARP Plus performance incentives. A $500 referral bonus is offered.
