About The Position

The Warehouse Associate (identified in the duties as a Warehouse Picker) accurately picks, packs, and prepares products for shipping or storage. The role fulfills orders efficiently and on time while maintaining quality and safety standards. The position is based at 2549 Innovation Drive, Marion, Ohio, 43302. The third shift is scheduled Sunday through Thursday, 7:30 PM to 4:00 AM, with overtime listed as 5:30 PM and Saturdays included. Pay starts at $18 per hour, plus a $1 per hour shift differential.

Requirements

Previous warehouse experience is preferred but is not required.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail to prevent order errors.
Good verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations and basic reading and math skills.
Dependability and punctuality.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds continually, above shoulder height and below the waist.
Ability to perform tasks requiring repetitive motion.
Communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

Accurately pick stock windows according to order specifications and prepare them for shipment.
Track inventory levels and report discrepancies or low stock.
Check that picked items are correct and undamaged before shipping.
Operate stand-up equipment, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move products within the warehouse.
Follow health and safety protocols to maintain a safe workplace.
