About The Position
WineDirect Fulfillment is hiring General Warehouse Associates for its Operations team at its Glenwillow, Ohio facility. The role supports winery fulfillment by preparing and packing customer orders in a fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse. The facility is climate-controlled year-round at 45–55°F. No prior experience is required; training is provided. The position pays $17.00 per hour, with overtime available at 1.5 times the hourly rate. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Requirements
- Ability to stand and move around during the shift.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliability and punctuality, and readiness to work.
- Reliable transportation.
- Availability for overtime when needed.
Responsibilities
- Build shipping boxes for customer orders.
- Work with a team on an assembly line to pack wine club shipments.
- Pick products for orders using a scanner or voice-picking headset.
- Check orders for accuracy before they ship.
- Perform other warehouse duties as needed.
