About The Position

This role is responsible for operating and maintaining the palletizing line, ensuring efficient and safe production. Key responsibilities include setting up and operating equipment, properly preparing boxes, stacking finished products, and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs). The position also requires a strong commitment to safety, including understanding and implementing safety procedures, using protective equipment, and reporting any safety concerns or unusual activities immediately. The role may also involve assisting with rework and performing other duties as assigned to maintain departmental operations.

Requirements

Ability to properly turn on and off taper, and set-up line.
Ability to fold boxes into shape properly and place inner liner in box.
Ability to close box and feed it into the taper.
Ability to stack taped boxes according to stacking pattern of that product.
Ability to check for proper code date application.
Ability to assist in the removal of rework.
Knowledge of and adherence to GMP`s (Good Manufacturing Practices).
Willingness to report any unusual activities in or around the plant to management, ASAP.
Commitment to working in a safe manner and reporting any unsafe conditions to management, ASAP.
Understanding and practice of appropriate safety procedures.
Use of protective equipment (as applicable).
Adherence to safety policies, regulations, standards, and laws.

Responsibilities

Use protective equipment (as applicable) and by following safety policies, regulations, standards, and laws.
