About The Position
Service Bros Transport is seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer / Dock Worker to join our team. This is a full-time, year-round position with opportunities to learn new skills, grow within the company, and build a long-term career in the transportation industry.
Requirements
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated.
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
Nice To Haves
- Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus.
- Experience operating a forklift is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trailers.
- Assist with dock operations and freight handling.
- Perform truck and trailer inspections.
- Check and maintain tire pressures.
- Assist with tire repairs and replacements.
- Support mechanics with shop maintenance and repairs.
- Keep the warehouse, dock, yard, and shop clean and organized.
- Move equipment and materials throughout the facility.
- Perform other general labor duties as needed.
