About The Position
Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a hardworking and dependable General Labor Associate in Jackson, GA. In this hands-on and physically active role, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations at a tire recycling plant while working in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors under all weather conditions including hot sun, cold snaps, rain, and other weather elements.
- Willingness to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy materials.
- Reliable attendance and ability to work Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with tire sorting, loading, and processing operations.
- Removing debris and maintaining a clean and safe work area.
- Supporting equipment operators and plant staff as needed.
- Following all safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Performing general labor duties in an outdoor recycling facility.
