Requirements
- 3-5 years work experience in Internal Medicine or Family Practice.
- Current State Medical License for MO and KS – MD or DO
- Unrestricted Current DEA Registration
- Current State Board of Pharmacy Controlled Substance Certificate of Registration
- BLS (AHA or ARC) or ACLS (AHA or ARC) certification required
