About The Position

Skilled Wound Care is hiring General Surgeons in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey, to work as wound care physicians and lead wound care initiatives in skilled nursing facilities across the area. This full-time or part-time role offers a no-call, Monday–Friday practice focused on wound care in skilled nursing and post-acute settings. Physicians use surgical expertise to treat chronic, non-healing, and complex wounds while maintaining clinical autonomy and performing bedside surgical procedures. No previous wound care experience is required; comprehensive wound care training is provided. Full-time salary is listed as $200,000–$300,000 per year. Compensation is also described as per-patient and per-procedure pay, with quarterly bonus programs and no earning cap for independent contractors.

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Unrestricted or clear medical license in the state of practice, or eligibility to obtain one.
• DEA license, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Complete pre-employment confidential DiSC testing and relevant skills testing.

• Previous wound care experience is not required; comprehensive wound care training is provided.
