The Assistant Director for Student Activities and Campus Life advances a vibrant, student-centered campus experience by coordinating major traditions, weekend programming, and large-scale events in collaboration with key campus partners. The role provides operational and facilities support for programs in the Roaden University Center (RUC); advises and supervises student programming boards; leads marketing and communication efforts; and utilizes engagement data to strengthen programs and outcomes. Through effective event management, student development, and cross-campus collaboration, the Assistant Director enhances belonging, involvement, and campus life at Tennessee Tech.
