The Community College Recruiter plays a vital role in promoting the institution’s educational programs and services to prospective students, with a primary focus on dual credit students and high school partnerships while also supporting adult student recruitment and enrollment efforts as needed. This position requires strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage diverse student populations and support institutional enrollment goals. The primary purpose of this position is to support student access, enrollment, and success through coordination of dual credit initiatives, recruitment activities, and collaborative partnerships with area high schools and community stakeholders. This role provides advising, enrollment support, and ongoing engagement for high school students while also assisting adult learners, career changers, and returning students when applicable. The position serves as a key liaison between the college, local schools, and community partners; promotes academic and career pathways; monitors student progress; and contributes to achieving institutional enrollment, retention, and completion goals.
