About The Position
Responsible for implementing and monitoring any and all controls and procedures necessary to ensure that proper percentages, variances and margins are attained as they compare to budget. Work closely with the Merchandising Manager responsible for attaining top line revenues. Handle all shipping and receiving, storage, inventory, payroll and cashiering procedures as they affect retail outlets. Instruct and assist with specialized Workshops, which may be conducted at The Ozark Mill, Finley Farms, and other locations from time to time, all at the direction of Big Cedar, LLC.
Requirements
- Experience in retail management.
- Understanding of financial controls, variances, and margins.
- Proficiency in inventory management.
- Experience with shipping and receiving procedures.
- Ability to manage payroll and cashiering functions.
- Willingness to instruct and assist with workshops.
