General Spa Managers are the senior on-site leaders of the location, responsible for performance, strengthening culture, and ensuring operational excellence at the highest level. You lead by owning outcomes, developing leaders beneath you, and driving the business forward.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, wellness, retail, or high-end service-driven environments
  • Proven ability to grow revenue and build high-performing teams
  • Strong partnership-building, networking, and local marketing instincts
  • High EQ with a people-first leadership style
  • High ownership mindset with consistent follow-through
  • Financial acumen and confidence in managing P&L
  • Hands-on, visible leadership presence
  • Strong judgment, prioritization, and decision-making
  • Grit, resilience, and comfort operating in a growth environment

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships across fitness, wellness, medical, and corporate communities
  • Create visibility through events, outreach, and consistent local engagement
  • Drive awareness, bookings, and long-term client growth
  • Own P&L and deliver on growth targets
  • Drive service, retail, and membership revenue
  • Optimize scheduling, staffing, and utilization
  • Identify opportunities and act quickly to capture them
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team
  • Set clear expectations and uphold consistent standards
  • Coach leaders and build future leadership bench strength
  • Create a culture of accountability, energy, and care
  • Deliver a consistently elevated, 5-star experience
  • Maintain a strong floor presence and lead in real time
