About The Position

This supervisory role leads staff, ensures compliance, protects assets, and manages daily operations in warehousing, mailroom, canteen, inmate workforce, and financial controls. This position is not a telework position and is required to report to the FDC office in the area it serves.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid CDL or the willingness to obtain one.
• Must possess a high school diploma or its equivalent.
• Must possess at least 2 years mailroom/warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise staff across multiple departments
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
• Protect organizational assets and maintain security
• Manage daily operations in warehousing, mailroom, canteen, and inmate workforce
• Oversee financial controls and reporting processes
