As General Service Manager, you'll oversee daily shop operations, lead our service technicians, manage customer relationships, and help keep our garage running smoothly and efficiently — all while upholding the reputation we've built as a trusted, family-run business in the South Fayette Township and Surrounding Communities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive service management or a related supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of general automotive repair and maintenance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage scheduling, staff, and shop workflow
- A hands-on leader who can also work with tools when needed
- Valid driver's license required
- ASE certification a plus
