This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve dealership goals, leading and managing the sales team (including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluation), analyzing market trends and sales data, overseeing inventory levels, ensuring excellent customer service, continuously improving sales processes, managing budgets and profitability, planning and executing promotional activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and tracking sales performance metrics.
