Holman, a family-owned global automotive services organization, is seeking a General Sales Manager for Princeton BMW. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve dealership goals, leading and managing the sales team (including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluation), and analyzing market trends and sales data to forecast sales and develop action plans. The General Sales Manager will also oversee inventory, ensure excellent customer service, continuously improve sales processes, manage budgets and profitability, and plan promotional activities. Compliance with all relevant laws and industry standards is also a key responsibility.
