About The Position

We’re an unlimited General Contractor doing full restoration: roofing, interiors, exteriors, new construction and insurance work. We help homeowners, property managers, builders, and agencies get properties back to (or better than) pre-loss condition, on time and on budget. We have an established Huntsville operation and need a GM who can scale revenue and level up a solid existing team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years leading teams in construction, roofing, restoration, or home services
  • Proven track record of driving sales/revenue, not just “managing projects”
  • You’ve recruited, trained, and held salespeople accountable to targets
  • Competitive, hands-on, and comfortable being judged by numbers
  • Want a career move with upside, not just a safer salary
  • Willing to knock doors, climb roofs, run leads and close side-by-side when needed (have to train your team).
  • 18 years or older
  • Reliable transportation
  • Live in or near the service area
  • Strong communication skills and a desire to build a career

Responsibilities

  • Own top-line revenue for the Huntsville market
  • Recruit, train, and manage outdoor sales reps. Run sales meetings and enforce Scorecard discipline.
  • Coach in the field: ride-alongs, live inspections, live closes. Model the standard.
  • Lead from the front: Our GM’s do everything above AND are at the top of the sales leaderboard.
  • Drive Speed-to-Cash: move agreements to build and collection on target.
  • Align with Inside Sales and Production to hand-off clean, fast, profitable jobs.
