Key Objectives Customer Experience: Champion a culture of hospitality and service excellence by regularly reviewing customer feedback, improving processes, and celebrating wins Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to exceed revenue targets and increase profit margins People Leadership: Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team with a focus on individual growth and team success Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with operations, finance, and inventory to optimize processes and unit availability Performance Analysis: Regularly review sales metrics and performance dashboards to identify wins, gaps, and strategic opportunities Event & Campaign Leadership: Lead community outreach, store events, and local marketing campaigns to drive traffic and engagement Budgeting & Planning: Manage department budget and forecasting to support store-wide profitability and efficiency goals
