Key objectives include championing a culture of hospitality and service excellence by regularly reviewing customer feedback, improving processes, and celebrating wins; developing and implementing innovative sales strategies to exceed revenue targets and increase profit margins; inspiring, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team with a focus on individual growth and team success; working closely with operations, finance, and inventory to optimize processes and unit availability; regularly reviewing sales metrics and performance dashboards to identify wins, gaps, and strategic opportunities; leading community outreach, store events, and local marketing campaigns to drive traffic and engagement; and managing department budget and forecasting to support store-wide profitability and efficiency goals.
