Requirements

  • 4-10 years of automotive sales leadership experience
  • Proven record of driving sales, gross, and team performance
  • Strong financial acumen and inventory management skills
  • Confident decision-maker with data-driven mindset
  • Professional presence and leadership credibility
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • Successfully complete a pre-employment screening

Responsibilities

  • Drive new and used vehicle volume and profitability
  • Lead, hire, coach, and hold Sales Managers accountable
  • Set and execute monthly and annual sales and gross objectives
  • Manage inventory, days' supply, and aged units
  • Oversee deal structure, appraisals, reconditioning, and approvals
  • Execute market-driven promotions and advertising strategies
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies and sales systems
  • Resolve customer issues to protect CSI and retention
  • Build a results-driven culture through training and metrics
