Requirements

  • Proven track record of successfully leading high-volume new and used vehicle sales departments.
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, profitability, and team performance.
  • Experience training, developing, and leading management staff and sales professionals.
  • Ability to forecast aggressive yet achievable monthly sales goals and execute strategies to exceed them.
  • Proven success hiring, motivating, evaluating, and retaining top automotive talent.
  • Strong understanding of dealership sales operations, desking, inventory management, and performance metrics.
  • Prior automotive General Manager and General Sales Management experience REQUIRED.
  • Toyota experience strongly preferred.
