About The Position

Holman is seeking a qualified General Sales Manager at Lexus of Greenwood Village. This role requires high energy, strong leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and direct a dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be a true leader with the skills and drive to successfully grow the Sales and Finance aspects of the organization. This individual will join a team of inspired leaders, run a business founded on honesty and integrity, and have a passion for developing others. The position is a special, highly coveted role within the organization, and experienced GSMs with at least a 3-year history and track record of success are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

Steady work history.
Prior experience as a General Sales Manager (preferred) or a Sales Manager, with a proven track record of achieving positive results.
Strong sales knowledge, training and performance background.

Responsibilities

Maintain accountability for customer retention and profitability in sales and finance.
Hire, train, and motivate all sales consultants and sales management employees.
Plan dealership operations for the coming year and submit to the company for approval.

Assist with recruiting and training top talent, in addition to retaining them within the organization.
