Requirements

Previous experience as a General Sales Manager, Sales Manager, or other automotive sales leadership role.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
Demonstrated success in increasing sales volume and profitability.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
Experience with dealership CRM and DMS systems.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of the new and pre-owned sales departments.
Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
Drive sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Monitor inventory, pricing strategies, and market trends.
Partner with Finance and Fixed Operations to maximize dealership performance.
Coach managers and sales consultants through performance management and professional development.
Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards.
Foster a culture built on integrity, accountability, and exceptional customer service.
