About The Position
Columbus Auto Group is the proud owner of Chevy of Columbus, Ford of Columbus, Jeep of Columbus, and Nissan of Columbus. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Sales Manager to lead our sales team for Both Jeep of Columbus along with Ford of Columbus, and drive the success of our dealership in Columbus, Indiana. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in automotive sales and possess strong leadership and managerial skills to motivate and guide the sales team to achieve outstanding results.
Requirements
- Proven automotive sales experience with a record of exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Understanding of automotive industry trends and customer preferences.
- Proficiency in sales management software.
- Valid driver's license and flexible availability.
Responsibilities
