About The Position

At Acura of Avon, you will have an opportunity to grow and thrive in a team with an Acura dealership poised for growth in a supportive environment. The right candidate will grow sales by working with customers, and sales people to create a positive interaction leading to voluminous sales. We are a multi-time Acura Precision Team winner. This position requires initiating our sales process to ensure success. Having knowledge of Honda/Acura operating systems are a major plus. Having Finance and Insurance knowledge is needed in order to properly desk a deal.

Requirements

  • 5 years of Automotive Sales Retail Management Experience
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales volume
  • Finance Knowledge
  • New Car Management
  • CDK e/leads system
  • Marketing platform knowledge
  • BDC Knowledge
  • Vehicle Marketplace knowledge
  • Knowledge of Honda/Acura operating systems
  • Finance and Insurance knowledge
