About The Position

Ferrari of Central Ohio, part of the Jeff Wyler Automotive Family and The Wyler Collection, is seeking an experienced Automotive General Sales Manager. This role is crucial in leading the Ferrari sales team, improving performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The position involves overseeing the sales process, coaching and mentoring sales staff, and collaborating with the finance department to maximize profitability. Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven knowledge of dealership procedures and operations
• Strong background in leading and managing a team of people successfully
• Advance Microsoft Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
• Demonstrable experience in a sales management position
• Excellent communication, influencing and negotiating skills
• Knowledge of federal, state, hazardous materials and waste, and OSHA regulations
• Willing to submit to and pass a pre-employment background check & drug screen

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience with luxury automotive brands preferred
• F&I experience
