This role involves acting as an Opposing Force (OPFOR) and Role Player (RP) for a training scenario. RPs will need to stay on script, wear appropriate costumes, and operate various military weapons systems, including those firing marking cartridges, paintball rounds, and blank ammunition. The role requires physical fitness to work in austere environments, including during darkness, and the ability to handle weapons safely. RPs must be comfortable being restrained and searched, standing and laying prone for extended periods, and participating in scenarios where they will be shot at with non-lethal marking ammunition while wearing protective gear. The training dates are July 23-24, with a team size of 22 RPs, and a pay rate of $20/hour.
