Hybrid General Radiologist - Bethesda Radiology Associates
About The Position
Bethesda Radiology Associates is seeking a General Radiologist to join its multi-specialty practice and provide high-quality imaging services to Baptist Health South Florida, including its hospitals and outpatient imaging centers. The role offers onsite, hybrid, and remote flexibility, with a seamless workflow using a single hospital PACS system and support from a 24/7 dedicated hospital-based radiology call center. Additional opportunities to moonlight are available. A partnership track and professional advancement opportunities are offered. Schedule options include an onsite weekday day shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; or remote early-evening shifts of 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. EST or 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. EST, scheduled as one week on and one week off, or one week on and two weeks off. Full-time, part-time, and independent contractor (1099) arrangements are noted. The stated salary range is $400,000–$475,000. Final compensation may vary based on factors including education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Requirements
- Residency training in Diagnostic Radiology from an ACGME-accredited U.S. training program.
- Board eligible or board certified by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR).
- Florida medical license or ability to obtain a Florida license.

- Contribute to patient care by ensuring patients receive a high standard of imaging services.
- Work as part of the Bethesda Radiology Associates multi-specialty practice and its clinical team.
