Bethesda Radiology Associates is seeking a fellowship-trained Breast Imager for its Women's Imaging division supporting Baptist Health South Florida. This is a fully remote independent-contractor position providing flexible scheduling, a dedicated breast-imaging workflow, and support from a large healthcare system. A diagnostic workstation will be provided so physicians can interpret studies remotely while maintaining connectivity to the practice. The role supports an outpatient breast-imaging program serving Health City and Baptist Health outpatient imaging centers throughout Palm Beach County. The radiologist interprets screening and diagnostic mammography, breast ultrasound, and breast MRI, working alongside an experienced onsite breast imager who performs image-guided breast procedures. The position does not involve procedural responsibilities. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with daytime hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time and no nights, weekends, or call. Physicians may work as many shifts as desired and adjust their schedules based on their preferences and availability. Compensation is productivity-based at $35 per wRVU. Workflow is supported by Sectra PACS, PS1, Epic EMR, a unified Baptist Health technology platform, and a single health-system credentialing process. The practice describes a collegial environment, direct access to leadership, professional advancement opportunities, and a supportive team.
