About The Position

Coastal Radiology Associates, a Radiology Partners affiliate, is seeking a General Diagnostic Radiologist for a partnership opportunity. The role involves general radiology in an established, collaborative practice serving two regional medical centers and five imaging centers, with in-house IT support and interventional services at hospital and outpatient locations. The practice has 15 physicians.

The schedule is nine-hour shifts between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, plus one weekend per month reading from home, with time off after the weekend. The role offers a one- to two-year partnership track based on experience (also described as a one-year track), with more PTO after partnership. The position is hybrid and based in New Bern, North Carolina.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy degree.
• Board-certified and residency-trained in Diagnostic Radiology.
• Board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology.
• Licensed in North Carolina or able to obtain a North Carolina license.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• MQSA qualification.
• Experience with breast biopsies and light interventional radiology.
• Experience reading PET, prostate MRI, and breast MRI.
