About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a General Radiologist for a hospital-based opportunity in Skowhegan, Maine. This is a full-time, diagnostic radiology position within a hospital-based practice. The role involves a hybrid coverage model, combining onsite and remote daytime work. The radiologist will be expected to read approximately 70-90 studies per day using Fuji PACS-RIS, PowerScribe Dictation, and Meditech EMR. The position offers a collaborative environment with strong physician support and a focus on work-life balance.

Requirements

• MD or DO REQUIRED
• Board Certified Or Board Eligible In Radiology REQUIRED
• Maine Medical License Or Ability To Obtain REQUIRED
• Eligible To Work Full-Time (40 Hours Weekly)
• J-1 Visa Candidates Welcome

Responsibilities

• Interpret diagnostic imaging studies across a broad range of modalities
• Read approximately 70-90 cases daily
• Document findings using Meditech EMR
• Provide coverage for two nearby community hospitals
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to deliver high-quality patient care
