About The Position
Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Pediatrician for Community Health Programs, Inc. in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. This role involves providing comprehensive outpatient pediatric care for infants, children, and adolescents. Responsibilities include performing well-child exams, preventive care, immunizations, acute illness management, and chronic disease follow-up. The pediatrician will also educate families on child development, nutrition, wellness, and disease prevention, collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary care team, and maintain accurate clinical documentation using the electronic medical record system. The position focuses on building long-term relationships with children and families within a mission-driven community health organization.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
- Eligible for unrestricted Massachusetts medical license.
- Active DEA registration or ability to obtain.
- Commitment to providing comprehensive outpatient pediatric care.
- Strong communication and patient education skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply.
- New graduates and experienced Pediatricians are welcome.
