About The Position
Empire State Radiology (ESR Metro Hudson) is seeking a General Radiologist to read all aspects of diagnostic imaging. This is a fully remote independent-contractor role with a flexible schedule. Residents, fellows, and experienced radiologists are welcome to apply. The role offers day or evening coverage in Eastern Standard Time and allows the radiologist to design a remote work schedule around personal commitments. The practice provides comprehensive radiology expertise and serves hospitals across New York and New Jersey. Its board-certified, fellowship-trained radiologists use advanced workflow technology, including AI, deep learning, and smart worklists, to support accurate, timely diagnostic results and patient care. The practice is part of Radiology Partners, a national network focused on collaborative care and innovation in clinical value, technology, service, and economics. Compensation is listed as $400,000–$1,000,000, with final determinations potentially varying based on education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, and other factors. Compensation is productivity-based, with per-wRVU and per-shift incentive models. Medical malpractice coverage is provided.
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO).
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program in Radiology.
- Board-eligible or board-certified by the American Board of Radiology (ABR).
- Valid medical license in New York or eligibility to obtain one.
- Comfort reading all aspects of diagnostic imaging.
