About The Position

Coastal Radiology Associates, a Radiology Partners affiliate, is seeking a General Radiologist for a fully remote daytime role, with a hybrid option in New Bern, North Carolina. The physician will join an established, growing, physician-led multispecialty practice with 15 radiologists, an in-house IT team, and infrastructure supporting efficient, collaborative workflows and long-term partnership growth. The practice provides diagnostic and interventional radiology services at a regional medical center and six outpatient imaging facilities.

The role involves interpreting a wide range of general radiology studies, including X-rays, CTs, MRIs, and ultrasounds, across multiple subspecialties. Subspecialty work is available in MSK, MRI, Neuro, and Breast. The remote position has daytime schedule options, including 7-on/7-off, 7-on/14-off, or Monday through Friday with minimal weekends, and no call. The hybrid option is based in New Bern and offers a Monday–Friday schedule with flexible start and end times, plus one weekend of coverage per month read from home, followed by time off.

The position offers a one- to two-year partnership track based on experience. The hybrid option includes 10 weeks of PTO, increasing to 12 weeks as a partner. Compensation is listed at $500,000–$850,000, with potential for additional productivity incentives. A $25,000 commencement bonus, retention bonuses, and incentive bonuses are also highlighted. Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy degree.
• Board-certified and residency trained in Diagnostic Radiology.
• Board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology.
• Licensed or able to obtain a license in North Carolina.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience reading PET, prostate MRI, and breast MRI.
• MQSA qualification, breast biopsies, and light interventional radiology experience for the hybrid option.
• Subspecialty experience or interest in MSK, MRI, Neuro, or Breast.

Responsibilities
