About The Position
Northwestern Medicine is seeking a full-time board eligible or board certified Adult Psychiatrist to join its collaborative, established behavioral health service line at Northwestern Medicine Catherine Gratz Griffin Lake Forest Hospital in the northern suburbs of Chicago. The role includes inpatient and outpatient practice opportunities at the hospital. The psychiatrist will work with psychiatrists, neuropsychologists, social workers, and other interdisciplinary team members to provide coordinated, patient-centered care. The role also includes consultation and ongoing care for hospitalized patients, with support from an emergency-department crisis social work team for placement coordination. The hospital uses the EPIC electronic health record system. The position is a day-shift role, 40 hours per week (1.0 FTE). The listed annual salary range is $265,000–$340,000.
