About The Position

BRINGING MORE TO THE TABLE! -Join Our Growing Team Today Located in Pipestone, MN!- GENERAL PRODUCTION LABORER Shifts Available: 2 - 1st Shift Opening 10- 2nd Shift Openings Days - $20.50/hr (starting) $42,640.00+ yrly earning potential Nights - $22.50/hr (starting) $46,800.00+ yrly earning potential Both Shifts run Monday to Friday and Saturdays as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18yrs of age
• Authorized to work in the United States
• report to work every day at your scheduled start time.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Follow supervisors and managers instructions.
• Have the ability to work with others, and get along with others.
• work to the best of their abilities and have the desire to learn and grow.

Nice To Haves

• Previous work (4+ months) in meat industry, work environment and or similar labor is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work in damp or cold conditions (35-45 Degrees)
• Work in areas that require you to lift, pull, or push 10-50 lbs
• Willing and capable of working overtime when necessary
• Willing and capable of working on Saturdays
• Willing and capable of working in a fast pace work environment, performing repetitive hand motions and body movements.
• NEUTRAL WRIST- Repetitive hand motions and grasping.
• REACHING – Reaching for product on the conveyor belt with hooks, reaching for boxes, or bags
• STANDING – Constant standing for 8 to 10 hours per day, up to 6 days a week
• All other duties/jobs as assigned by Lead, Supervisor, Superintendent and or Superior.
